Don’t forget the Long Johns (Bubba Johns), bismarks, cream puffs, and eclairs!

Bismarks, or best known as “French buttercreams” is a favorite for sure! We stuff them with our in-house made icings such as buttercream, chocolate buttercream, peanut butter or cookies and cream. They are topped with powdered sugar or double fudge drizzle.

Long John and eclairs are filled with bakery-made vanilla pudding. Johns are covered in chocolate fudge melt while the éclair is topped with melted chocolate buttercream. Be sure to come early, these favorite’s go fast!
