Who doesn’t love a good cookie? When all else fails, cookies never do! We offer impressive scratch-made cookies. Find a variety of tasty cookies, including old-fashioned no-bake cookies, milk chocolate chip, M&M, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, traditional sugar, cheese crispies (fresh grated sharp cheddar, Cayenne and sesame seeds), cowboy (oatmeal, coconut, pecans), dreamsicle, lemon white chocolate, salted caramel, English tea, tea balls, cut-out hand-decorated cookies and our all-time favorite Gingerbread.
Gingerbread is decorated traditionally and seasonally. The Ginger mummies are always a hit on Halloween! We offer even more cookie choices during the holidays, one being a pumpkin softie.
Our Classic Bars
Ahhhh where to begin! With chocolate, let’s start there! Chocolate brownies, peanut butter brownies, cream cheese brownies. We offer a favorite our locals and visitors alike love - Date bars. We cook the dates, sweeten them to perfection, then spread between two layers of coconut strudel crumbs, delish! Other bars offered are our best-selling lemon bar, a seven-layer bar, rocky road, peanut butter, apple strudel, pineapple cream cheese, raspberry rhapsody, and an oatmeal “ugly” bar. This ugly bar is layered with caramel on the inside and topped with oatmeal brown sugar crumbs, looks can be deceiving, a must try!
We also have handmade rolled and dipped peanut butter balls and Oreo balls!
Cannoli are also offered daily, but these are “southern” cannoli, made with cream cheese, mini chocolate chips and pecans. We can make cannoli with a traditional filling on request.
